Celebrity Couples Who Own Wineries and Vineyards

For wine collectors today, incorporating a wine cellar into their home is a must. It’s the ideal way to showcase their growing collection and share their appreciation for different vintages with friends and family. However, many celebrities who are passionate about wine and wine culture have taken it one step further—owning a vineyard.

Many celebrities have chosen to own and operate their own wineries for various reasons. Some do it simply as a personal endeavour, choosing only to produce wine for their guests and personal consumption. Other celebrities have won awards for their wines and produce bottles commercially. Here are five celebrities who currently have the luxury of owning their own wineries:

Brad and Angelina are arguably two of the most recognizable public figures in the world, and now their wine is quickly becoming popular as well. They’ve produced two award-winning wines, both from their 1,200-acre Chateau Miraval estate in the south of France. Their second award-winning wine is a rose that goes by the same name as their estate, and upon release was sold out in five hours.

David and Victoria Beckham Beckhams-Instagram-brooklynbeckham

David and Victoria Beckham may not be producing award-winning wine, but then again, you’ll probably never get the chance to taste it either. That’s because the couple’s Napa Valley winery is strictly for friends and family only. David bought the winery as a gift to his wife after having owned a similar vineyard while they lived in Spain during David’s playing days.

This winery is part of a sprawling 900-acre estate south of Florence in Italy. In addition to producing several wines named after Sting’s songs, the estate owned by him and his wife, Trudie, also produces organic olive oil and honey. They’ve named the estate Il Palagio, which also houses a 12-acre vegetable garden and 80 bee colonies.

These two aren’t as popular as the others on the list, but hockey player Valeri Bure and wife Candace Cameron Bure own their own winery named Bure Family Wines. The bottles can be ordered online, two of which are red, and one white. You must be part of their mailing list to place any orders.

Kim and Kanye have a three-acre mansion in Hidden Hills, California which also boasts a vineyard they are reinvigorating. The couple enjoys wine and surprisingly will only produce vintages for personal consumption.
